I work at the intersection of inner transformation and leadership.
For over 15 years, I have worked in complex corporate environments — leading teams, shaping strategy, and driving transformation across organisations.
I know what responsibility feels like when decisions matter, systems are under pressure, and people look to you for direction.
At the same time, I know that sustainable leadership does not come from performance alone.
It comes from clarity, presence, and the inner position from which we lead.
My personal journey
Over the past years, my work has been shaped not only by professional experience, but by a deep personal journey.
I have been engaged in conscious inner work — attending retreats, exploring long-held patterns, healing childhood imprints, and releasing limiting beliefs that once shaped how I showed up in the world. This path also included completing my coaching training with Creative Consciousness©, which provided a powerful framework for integrating awareness, responsibility, and transformation into my practice.
This process was not about fixing myself.
It was about becoming more whole.
As inner clarity deepened, everything else began to shift — the way I relate to people, the quality of my decisions, the depth of my relationships, and my capacity to live and lead with authenticity and ease.
The impact has been both personal and professional: greater confidence, clearer boundaries, more meaningful connections, and a sense of alignment that extends into health, wellbeing, and the way life is experienced as a whole. My inner work continues to this day and remains an essential part of my ongoing development and growth.
About Consciosness Coaching®
My work is informed by Consciousness Coaching® — an approach that goes beyond working only with what is already known.
Classical coaching helps a person become more effective in achieving their goals, largely within the boundaries of what they are already aware of. Consciousness Coaching®, by contrast, is designed to expand awareness itself — including into areas we are not yet aware that we are not aware of.
Through presence, slowing down, and careful observation, unconscious patterns come into view and awareness deepens before action is taken. Rather than fixing or advising, this work creates the conditions for new choices to emerge naturally. Clients move toward their goals with greater clarity, alignment, and ease, and change becomes sustainable because it is rooted in being, not effort. The awareness developed in this work continues to support clients well beyond the session itself.
I work in alignment with professional coaching standards and the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics.
I see human beings as holistic organisms.
We live through multiple layers — emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual.
When these dimensions are aligned, leadership becomes grounded, decisions become clearer, and life feels more integrated and fulfilling.
This understanding sits at the core of my work.
Today, I create spaces where clarity can emerge naturally — without pressure, performance, or formulas.
Spaces where leaders and individuals reconnect with their inner position, take responsibility for how they shape their world, and move forward with integrity.
